From the start to end the process was made so easy for me, that I didn't need to worry about anything. Met all of the team over the period of installation. Me, not being very good with claiming back SEG form from my energy company. The office staff showed me how to fill in and download files. To single out an individual would be wrong. The preliminaries went smoothly, the work force arrived on time and were considerate and super efficient completing in one day.
